Since its humble beginnings in 2010, J-Con Civil has built a strong reputation as a well-organized and skilled contractor that excels in delivering complex projects with deep technical intricacies. From the start, we have cultivated productive relationships with owners, professional engineering consultants, fellow contracting entities, and indirect stakeholders. As general civil contractors, we sometimes work as specialty subcontractors on specific projects but usually serve as prime contractors for most of our work. We oversee and manage multidisciplinary civil projects, which may involve non-civil and civil sub-trades. In most cases, we perform all or most of the heavy civil work ourselves, including complex and specialized scopes, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Concrete Construction including Structural Modifications, Construction and Rehabilitations of Portland-Cement Pavements, Bridge Modifications and Construction. (Non-Elevated and Elevated Roadways).
• Underground Lift Stations, Valve Chambers, Gate Chamber Construction.
• Tunnel Construction by Pipe-jacked methods. (OD 900mm to 3200mm+)
• Trenchless HDD and Earth Coring of Deep Utilities. (OD 25mm to 1200mm).
• Concrete Slipform Paving.
• Engineered Shaft Construction, Shoring, Excavation, Vertical Drilling for Deep Utilities.
• Low Explosive Drill & Shoot in sensitive or confined environments.
• Construction and Renewal of Deep Utility Infrastructure. (Gravity Sewer and LDS 100mm to 3000mm, Force Main Sewer, Watermain 12mm to 350mm, Regional Water Feedermain 350mm to 900mm+).
• In-House Steel Fabrication (Canadian Welding Bureau Certified Shop utilizing 3D CAD Drafting and CNC automated production).
• Dewatering, Grouting, Erosion Control and Environmental Management.
• Excavation and Grading utilizing 3D Automated Grade Control.
• Crushing and Screening of Recycled Aggregate Materials.
